Cancellation policy:

Please cancel your reservation at least 48 hours in advance.
Please notify us in order that we may accomodate any late arrival. Otherwise, we will hold your room until 6 pm on the day of your arrival.
We will not release your room if you have guaranteed your reservation with a credit card. In the case of a “no show” we will charge the full amount of your first night’s stay. If you do not inform us of changes in your travel plans we will also cancel any additional reservations you may have.

Our Pet Room Policies:

We allow a maximum of two pets per room – dogs and cats only
Cats must be kept in a cage at all times
Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times
Pets must not be left in the room unattended
Owners are responsible for damages caused by their pets
Pet Guest Fees: $ Hair dryer 20.00 + GST per room / per night
